This is a full-time, on-site position for a Tow Truck Driver based in the Santa Rosa area. In this role, you will operate company tow trucks to transport vehicles, respond to roadside assistance calls, and ensure safe, compliant handling of vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities include completing routine truck inspections, documenting services accurately, and providing exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dispatcher based at our Santa Rosa operations center. In this role, you will answer incoming service calls, coordinate driver assignments, track job progress in real-time, and communicate with customers to provide updates and ETAs. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive fast, reliable service. Shifts are available days, evenings, and weekends. This position requires working in our office environment with computer-based dispatch systems.
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug test
Customer service oriented
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to operate towing equipment
