Honestly, I would give this place 10 stars out of 5 if Google allowed it! I had an emergency situation with my car late at night and was lucky enough to come across Hawknest Roadside in my frantic Googling. Lisa answered my call right away and was incredibly helpful. The tech, Derek, made the trek out to me and arrived in under 20 minutes. The pricing is super reasonable, honestly they could charge twice what they do and I'd still pay it. I will be recommending Hawknest to anybody who needs a mobile roadside assistant. Lisa and Derek are knowledgeable, fast, and so easy to work with.
I recently managed to get my box truck stuck in the mud out in Sebastopol after the storms and needed a winch out service. I tried what I could to free it myself with no luck. I called a couple companies and wasn't to pleased with them. They were either a 3rd party company operating from a call center from who knows where, or they were quoting me outrageous prices. Once I called Hawknest Roadside I knew right away they were the people for the job. I was talking to a real person who was local and understood my situation. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment with them. Derek showed up on time equipped with both the tools and knowledge to get the job done safely. I couldn't be more happy with the service. He was professional and friendly, as well as making sure everything was done as safe as possible without causing any damage to my truck. Pricing was more than reasonable for the task at hand. He managed to get me out quickly and safely. Now I'm back on the road! Thank you Hawknest Roadside!!! I'll be using them for all my towing and emergency roadside service from here on out. I was recently in a car accident and HawkNest was dispatched through my insurance. The driver was friendly and professional, and not only delivered my car safely to the body shop after hours, but also went above and beyond to help me out. Since I live close to the shop, he allowed me to grab my tools from the car and even gave me a quick ride home so I didn’t have to make another trip back that night. That kind of extra effort really stood out, and I’m very thankful for the excellent service. Highly recommended!
Thank you for rescuing me on the freeway! Derek is easy to communicate with and showed up quickly. He kept us safe by setting up big visible traffic cones. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked, and directed me as I drove away to ensure it was safe to enter traffic, extra appreciated as it was dusk and gray drizzly weather!
